IMPORTANT NOTICES WEMBLEY DREAM OVER Borough's hope of extending their season and finishing it with a flourish in the final of the Buildbase FA Trophy at Wembley came to an end in the "City of Dreaming Spires" when they were eliminated from the Competition in the 4th Round Proper by Oxford City; but not before they had given their National League opponents a fright by securing a 2 goal lead in the first 20 minutes through Claudiu Vilcu and Jamie-Lee O'Donoghue (maybe they seriously misunderestimated us !). But a crucial goal a minute before half time set the tone for a home comeback after the interval which duly arrived in the form of 3 second half goals. There will be no more Isthmian football this season either for the First team or the Under 23s. The Isthmian season has been voided as it was last season. The Under 18s League has also decided to null and void the season but will run a supplementary competition in April if there is sufficient interest from Clubs. The League in which the Womens team play is determined to continue in some format and unless the Governmeny timetable slips or the FA issue a banket voiding of all Women's football matches are likely to restart in early or mid April. Obviously it is subject to matters completely beyond the control of the League but the Isthmian Board's intention is to start the 2021/22 Season on Saturday 14th August which seems plausible if the Government time-table is not adjusted.
